If you decide to subscribe after the trial period, please note the following:

  • Subscription Fees: Once a subscription fee is charged after the trial period, it is non-refundable. We encourage you to utilize the trial period fully to assess the suitability of our services for your needs.
  • Renewals: All subscription renewals are also non-refundable. To avoid automatic renewals, please ensure that you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle begins.

4. Valid Reasons for a Refund

Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:

  • Technical Issues: The product consistently fails to function as advertised or promised, despite reasonable attempts to resolve the issue through our support channels.

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after the cancellation is processed.
